- Projektsteuerung & Planung
- Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung aller Entwicklungsumfänge
- Operative Steuerung der Entwicklung
- Termin- und Ressourcenplanung
- Fortschritts-Reporting
- Koordination & Priorisierung
- Koordination von Hardware, Software und Testing
- Sicherstellung der Deliverables
- Task-Priorisierung im Entwicklungsteam
- Allokation interner Entwicklungsressourcen
- Terminentscheidungen auf Arbeitspaketebene
- Anforderungsmanagement
- Systematische Erfassung von Anforderungen anderer Teams
- Technische Bewertung und Überführung in klare, umsetzbare Spezifikationen für die Entwicklung
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
- Sicherer Umgang mit Git sowie Atlassian-Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence) und Microsoft-Tools (z. B. Teams, Excel)
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie im Umgang mit Team und Stakeholdern
- Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Kompromissfindung sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Nice-to-have: Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. Scrum Master) und Erfahrung in interdisziplinären technischen Projekten
