We're looking for an Engineering Student Assistant to join our Financial Services team — someone ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.

What You Will Do
Work on core Financial Services domains such as Card payments, Invoicing, Withdrawals and KYC flows
Design, build, and maintain monitoring and alerting for Financial Services (KPIs, data pipelines, and services) so the team has real-time visibility and fast incident response
Help adapt systems to global regulation changes and country-specific compliance requirements
Build and iterate on financial reconciliation to improve accuracy and traceability in internal financial data
Build internal tools for Finance and Financial Services to remove manual work and speed up decision-making, using AI powered tooling for fast iteration
Write and maintain clear documentation for financial flows, systems, and team ways of working
Learn how real-world financial software works, end-to-end, in a production environment
What We're Looking For
You're currently studying a bachelor's or master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field — with at least a year left
You have hands-on coding experience: Java/Kotlin, PHP, SQL, or general backend/full-stack development - specific languages are not important
Comfortable with AI-powered tools to accelerate your work (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.), with the willingness to learn more
You're detail-oriented and take pride in building software that brings value to customers
You're curious about where engineering and finance intersect — and excited to work close to real business impact
You're fluent in English; bonus points for other languages 😉
