As a Truck Driver & Machine Operator (m/f/d), you won’t be working in an office – you’ll be out in the field, using modern equipment, following clear processes, and working as part of a close-knit team.

Deine Aufgaben
Your tasks
- Drive trucks and transport equipment – you make sure the team and machinery arrive safely on site
- Operate machinery in the field – whether it’s loaders, pile drivers, or service vehicles, you know how to handle and move equipment
- Operate pile-driving equipment – after thorough training, you’ll work independently with our pile driver
- Coordinate on-site operations – together with your team, you organize workflows in and around the field
- Take and document soil samples – carefully and in a structured, traceable way
Dein Profil
Your profile
- Valid truck driver’s license (Class C / CE) – mandatory, as you’ll be transporting team and equipment across Southern Germany
- Enjoy working outdoors – in all weather conditions and terrains
- Hands-on skills and confident handling of machinery and tools
- Reliability and team spirit – in a small team, everyone depends on each other
- Comfortable with overnight stays in hotels – we’re not always based around Munich
- No degree required. No formal training required. What matters is reliability, willingness to work, and genuine interest in the job

This is a full-time position based in the Munich region, with projects across Southern Germany. The expected annual salary ranges between €40,000 and €48,000 gross (depending on experience).
