As a Sales Intern, you can expect to:
- Help keep the Italian sales pipeline moving by preparing accurate, client-ready offers and commercial proposals.
- Contribute to the professionalism of Entrix's commercial offering in Italy by maintaining our sales decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials to a high standard.
- Translate market and asset data into structured, client-facing inputs, working closely with our Market Expert, the Ops and Tech Team.
- Understand pricing logic, project parameters, and regulatory context well enough to keep offers and proposal accurate.
- Keep HubSpot precise and current, so the sales team always has a reliable picture of the pipeline.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding requests, keeping the team ahead of its commitments.
We're looking for someone who is deeply precise and accountable, someone who doesn't just execute a task but checks it, catches what's off, and takes ownership of getting the details right.
Requirements
- You have studied business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field, or at least in your last year of a Master's.
- C1 level proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, structured way of working, even under multiple simultaneous requests.
- Comfortable working with HubSpot or a similar CRM (or a fast learner on new systems).
- Ability to understand technical and commercial inputs, pricing logic, project parameters, regulatory context well enough to translate them accurately into client-facing material.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, particularly for professional and commercial documents.
- Comfortable coordinating across the sales, market, and technical teams.
Skills to Set You Apart
- Prior experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
- Experience preparing commercial offers, proposals, or sales decks.
- An understanding of the Italian energy landscape, including renewables, grid-scale storage, or power trading.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides and Claude.
- Exposure to B2B sales or business development processes.

I bring over 15 years of global experience in the energy storage sector, having worked across a range of roles—from technical support and project execution to business development and sales—with companies like Enel, Tesla, and Toshiba. Most recently, I led the Business Development team at Enel, where we developed and executed over 1 GW of storage assets worldwide, both front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter.
At Entrix, we're building something ambitious—a smart, tech-driven platform designed to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. As our commercial activity in Italy scales, precision matters more, not less: every offer, every CRM record, every deck needs to hold up to technical and regulatory scrutiny.
