Location: Warsaw, Poland
Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary-Range: 156,000 - 225,000 Polish zloty annual salary, depending on seniority and expertise; Commerical Bonus : 40,000 Polish zloty
Working Mode: Office first set-up with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Europe and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)
Language Requirement: Fluent Polish, English C1
Your Responsibilities
- Own early-funnel sales: identify, qualify and track new leads together with the Polish sales team, ensuring that opportunities are properly documented, prioritised and followed up.
- Conduct opportunity qualification and pre-sales activities: assess early-stage customer opportunities, understand customer needs, clarify commercial potential and support the preparation of next steps in the sales process.
- Prepare high-quality customer and offer materials: create customer presentations, offers, tender documents and other commercial materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, with a strong focus on clarity, structure and professional appearance.
- Coordinate tender submissions: support the preparation of tender responses, ensuring that all required commercial, technical and legal input is collected, structured and submitted on time.
- Support customer engagement: participate in customer meetings, prepare follow-ups, document customer requirements and help senior colleagues move opportunities forward.
- Build market and product expertise: continuously learn about Entrix’s offering, the Polish battery storage landscape, our market positioning, competition and evolving customer needs.
- Contribute to sales operations excellence: support improvements in CRM workflows, lead tracking, documentation standards and internal handover processes, while actively tracking your own development with coaching from senior team members.
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, business development, key account management, project development, energy, renewables, infrastructure, consulting, SaaS or another commercially oriented role.
- Strong commercial curiosity and motivation to understand customers, qualify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to understand complex products and translate them into clear, customer-oriented messages, presentations and offer materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality customer-facing materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Structured and reliable working style, with strong ownership of tasks, follow-ups, deadlines and CRM documentation.
- Strong willingness to learn about battery energy storage, energy trading, route-to-market models and the Polish flexibility market.
- Native Polish and full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Skills to Set You Apart
- Experience in the energy sector, especially in renewable energy, BESS, PV, wind, PPAs, energy trading, flexibility, route-to-market services or infrastructure projects.
- Existing understanding of the Polish energy market or a strong motivation to develop expertise in this area quickly.
- Familiarity with Polish electricity market mechanisms, such as Day-Ahead, Intraday, balancing market, capacity market, ancillary services or DSO/TSO-related processes.
- Experience with tender processes, proposal management, commercial documentation or coordinating customer submissions.
- Experience working with CRM systems and contributing to clean pipeline management, lead tracking and sales process improvements.
- Strong presentation-building skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured and visually professional customer documents.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity — you enjoy helping build structures, improve processes and work in a market that is still developing.
- Prior experience in a scale-up, fast-growing company or international environment.
This Role May Not Be a Fit for You If…
- You are looking for a purely transactional sales role with short sales cycles and standardised products.
- You prefer to sell only well-established products and are not motivated by educating customers about a new and evolving market.
- You are not comfortable preparing presentations, offers, tender materials or structured customer documentation.
- You prefer clearly defined processes over helping to build and improve them.
- You are not interested in learning about battery storage, energy markets, trading, flexibility and the commercial logic behind BESS projects.
- You prefer working independently from customer interaction and do not enjoy building long-term relationships.
- You struggle with ownership, follow-up discipline or keeping CRM and pipeline information up to date.
