Talent Acquisition Intern (d/f/m)

• Location: Munich, Germany

• Employment Type: Full-Time internship, preferably 6 months

• Salary Range: € 2.500,00 per month gross

• Working Mode: Office first setup

• Language Requirement: C1 Level English

• Act as a contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication

• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers

• Coordinate candidate feedback loops post-interview, maintaining transparency and professionalism

• Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping records accurate and up-to-date

• Post job openings across various platforms, ensuring alignment with Entrix's employer branding

• Help in the organization of recruitment events (e.g., career fairs, industry meetups) to strengthen Entrix's employer brand

Mandatory Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field

• First practical experience in recruitment, HR, or a coordination-heavy role (e.g., prior internships, working student positions, or university roles)

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• C1-level fluency in both English

Skills to Set You Apart

• Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Personio) and/or recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter

• Prior exposure to a fast-paced or tech-driven environment

• Comfort working autonomously and taking ownership of processes from day one

Müge Arslantürk - Chief People Officer

Hi there!

I'm Müge, I have been with Entrix since July 2022.

I was born and raised in Turkey, moved to Germany in 2015 to start a new life here. I studied Psychology in my BSc and MSc thinking I will either stay in academia or go on a clinical psychology journey but then decided to move to business - a decision that I am very happy with since then!

The last 10 years I have worked at tech startups at very different size and development stages (with employee count of 20 to 200). I have learned a lot and grown both as a professional and as a private person in those years thanks to the amazing people I have worked with.

Here are some of those learnings I aspire to live by everyday:

• I strongly believe People topics cannot be worked on in isolation and have to address the needs of the business. Therefore all People Team Members have to be first and foremost members of the Entrix team and then our team.

• From entry level to the most senior members of the team, everyone is hired for a reason and that is to create a positive impact on the overall organization.

• My type of People people are those who are ambitious, eager to work on challenging tasks, are not scared of being challenged by others, have a strong focus on the outcome, and are motivated by the impact they create.
