As a Senior Sales Manager you will lead client conversations, engage with internal stakeholders and be fundamental in the future success of Entrix.
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
- Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 EUR annual salary (depending on your experience)
- Working Mode: Office first set up
- Language Requirement: C1-level business proficiency in both English and German.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship, and convert early funnel leads into negotiations and successful contract signing
- Handle sophisticated and large client relationships
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the energy and battery storage space
- Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team and a successful go-live for every customer
- Act as a sparring partner for our customers and help them navigate the rapidly evolving storage market maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Track activities and manage pipeline through our CRM system
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the energy industry
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing commercial agreements
- Experience managing major accounts and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, including C-level management
- Experience in working closely with other departments such as tech and product to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- C1-level business proficiency in both English and German.
- A deep understanding of and an extensive network in the energy industry, including the intricacies of battery technology, renewable energy sources, and the competitive landscape
- Knowledge of financial analysis and the ability to assess the financial implications of sales decisions, contracts, and investments
- Experience handling contractual matters, including framework agreements and partnership contracts
- Experience working with a CRM tool, ideally HubSpot
- You prefer roles with limited customer and cross-team interactions
- You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and technical landscape
- You’re not passionate about the energy transition nor interested in building expertise in the rapidly evolving battery storage industry
