• Salary Range: € 110,000 - 150,000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

• Working Mode: Office first setup

• Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German

• Serve as Entrix’s main point of contact for all legal topics, covering commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters (especially energy law).

  • Commercial matters: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, especially at the interface between commercial law and energy law(e.g., partnership, supplier, customer, data processing, and framework contracts).

  • Corporate matters: Provide guidance on corporate governance, cross-border transactions, shareholder matters, and company structure; support fundraising and similar processes from a legal perspective as applicable.

  • Regulatory matters: Monitor and interpret relevant EU and national energy laws & regulations, advising on implications for Entrix’s business model and commercial agreements.

• Liaise with external counsels when needed and manage the collaboration efficiently.

• Build pragmatic, business-oriented legal processes and templates that scale with the company.

• Fullly qualified lawyer in Germany

• 6+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house role, ideally in the energy or tech sector.

• Solid knowledge of energy, corporate, or commercial law; regulatory experience is a strong plus.

• Ability to work independently, balance legal risk with business pragmatism, and communicate clearly to non-lawyers.

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
