ABOUT EDURINO
EDURINO sets new standards for early childhood education through hybrid learning.
We merge engaging digital worlds with haptic play elements to prepare children for the future in a safe environment, empowering them to discover their full potential.
As one of Europe’s most innovative EdTechs, we’re already generating double-digit million revenue today. Following the successful close of our €17m Series B, we are now steering toward our next decisive milestone: achieving sustainable profitability as the foundation for our further expansion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our IT Systems Administrator, you will take ownership of Edurino’s internal technical environment, ensuring our team has the tools, access, and support they need to work seamlessly every day. This role is perfect for a proactive tech professional who loves driving internal IT excellence while being eager to grow: you will work closely with our Tech Director and various departments, giving you the opportunity to lean into DevOps, get your hands dirty with Cloud technologies, and evolve your career alongside our infrastructure.
Take full operational ownership of our internal IT and device infrastructure, managing the entire lifecycle of all distributed staff devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and compliant.
Independently coordinate and optimize our technical on- and offboarding workflows, guaranteeing seamless platform access for every new team member from day one.
Act as the empathetic, go-to technical point of contact for our internal team, managing our ticketing system and resolving hardware, corporate software, and network issues across Tier-1 to Tier-3 support.
Maintain and monitor our physical on-premise networks and local office infrastructure in Munich, ensuring high availability of office Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls.
Drive internal cybersecurity resilience by executing routine system health checks, managing automated data backups, and maintaining strict compliance with data protection standards.
Audit and optimize our software license environment and internal access management, keeping a keen eye on internal IT costs, compliance, and multi-factor authentication standards.
Actively shadow our Tech Director to dive into DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, learning how to leverage tools like Terraform, GitOps, and Docker to gradually help optimize and scale our live backend environments.
ABOUT YOU
What you bring to the table (Must-Haves):
2–3+ years of relevant experience in network and IT systems administration, user support, or a similar internal IT role, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Proven track record of managing a mixed corporate hardware fleet, specifically with strong hands-on experience in macOS, Windows & Linux administration.
Solid experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and identity/access management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Jira).
You utilize AI tools and scripting to automate routine tasks, speed up documentation, and streamline your own workflows.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues efficiently. You have a user-first mindset and bring high empathy and patience when supporting non-technical departments.
A solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles (such as MFA, access control, and network security) and a proactive mindset toward implementing data protection measures.
Fluent in English (C1+) with excellent communication skills to interact confidently with an international/intercultural team of experts
Nice-to-haves (Your growth path with us):
DevOps & Cloud Ambition: You are eager to step into the DevOps space. Initial exposure to cloud environments (AWS/GCP), version control via Git, or building automation pipelines is a major plus.
IaC Curiosity: You already have first touchpoints with Terraform or containerization (Docker) and you are keen to dive deeper into modern infrastructure practices.
German Skills: Conversational German (B1/B2) is a plus for local office vendor coordination.

You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
- Depending on the position, there is now a small assignment for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech teams, and, of course, receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
